Hippo Snack Bag Topper



Hippo Snack Bag Topper-JMRush

This snack bag topper features character arms and head that fold over a resealable plastic bag. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the topper base).
2. Fold the score lines. Glue the hippo face with teeth to the solid hippo face base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the smaller heart to the larger one. 
3. Glue the hippo face without teeth to the combined hippo face. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the nose to the combined face and then the combined hippo face to the topper base. Glue the combined hearts to the monkey’s tummy.
4. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the tail to the hippo’s backside.
5. Apply hot glue to the inside of the topper base just underneath the score lines, where the arms fold over. (You want to make sure that the arms can still fold down.) 
6.  Center and secure your open resealable plastic bag to the hot glue line. Make sure that only one side of the plastic bag is glued down so that you can still open it. I used a snack sized plastic bag (W 6.5” x H 4.25”) Fill with treats. I finished the hippo with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes and ribbon:)

Owl Hug Treat Box

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base).
2. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each wing.
3. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
5. Glue the second largest eye circles (2 pieces) to the eye base (one piece). Glue the two smallest circles to the two circles that are a bit larger.
6. Glue the two sets of eyes together.
7. Glue the small triangular beak between the eyes. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined eye/beak piece to Owl head piece that has ear cut outs. Attach this combined head piece to the front of the box base.
8. Insert the inner ear pieces into the slots of the combined head piece and glue to the box base. Use a small dab of glue on back of tips of the ears on the combined head piece and secure to the box base.
9. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box.
10.-11. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. I finished the owl with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes and a hair bow:)

Rose Card

Card size:  4.25” x 5.5”

1.Cut design pieces. (Be careful when releasing the flower and leaf/stem cut out pieces from the mat. They are delicate.)
2. Fold the Card base along score lines. Center the Rose cut out design on top of the rose shape base and glue into place. Center the leaf/stem cut out piece on top of the leaf/ stem solid base and glue into place. Center the rose cut out border on top of the rose border solid base and glue into place.
3. Center the inside panel on the inside of the card base and glue into place.
4. Center the rose border combined piece on the front cover of the card base and glue into place. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined rose piece and combined leaf/stem pieces, centering diagonally on the front of the card base. Finish by adding adhesive jewels to the corners of the border.

3D Rose Gift Card Box



3D Rose Gift Card Box-JMRush
Box size: W 3.5 x D 2.5 x H .75”


This gift box has a hinged top lid and is sized to fit most gift cards. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.



1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the flower petals).
2. Flip the box base over ( pretty side down and double set of tabs on the lower section) Fold all score lines.
3.Apply glue to the bottom of the middle tabs.
4. Secure to the rectangular shape just above the tabs. Apply glue to the tabs just below.
5. Secure to the rectangular shape just below the tabs. Apply glue to the last set of tabs on the top section.
6. Secure to the last rectangular panel just above the tabs. Your box will be complete now. Apply glue to the bottom of the leaf pieces with cut outs and attach them to their solid leaf bases.
7. Curve the flower petals. I curved the two larger pieces downward toward the table and the two smaller I curved each individual petal inward toward each petals vertical center forming a circular shape.
8. Glue the two smaller petal sections together and the two larger petal sections together alternating the petals. 
9. I used a foam adhesive square to attach the two flower sections together and dabbed glue along the bottom of the center flower section to attach and curve the shape the bottom section to the top.
10. Insert you gift card and curve the leaves as you like.
11. I attached the rose with hot glue and used foam adhesive squares to attach the leaves to the box.
12. Your gift box is complete:)

Collie Hug Gift Card Holder

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base and I ended up changing the color of the card base from black to brown:).
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4. Glue the large head piece with ear and eye cut outs to the head solid base. Glue the Muzzle piece with holes to it’s larger base.
5. Glue the smaller face piece to the combined head shapes. Glue the nose piece to the combined head shapes. Glue the inner ear shapes to the coordinating shapes on the combined head piece.
6.Using foam adhesive squares, attach the muzzle combined piece to the combined head piece. Use a small dab of glue to glue the bottom tip of the muzzle to the combined head piece.
7. Insert gift card and attach the head to the card base using adhesive foam squares. The paws tuck into the slots on the front. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the heart shape between the paws. Finish with adhesive gems for the sparkle in his eyes and a ribbon:)

Monkey Snack Bag Topper

This snack bag topper features character arms and head that fold over a resealable plastic bag. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. 



1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the topper base). (The legs/feet of the monkey were modified after the tutorial was made… sometimes tutorials are a work in progress for me;)
2. Fold the score lines. Glue the monkey face to the solid monkey face base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the smaller heart to the larger one. 
3. Glue the small monkey face, cheeks and inner ear pieces to their coordinating shapes on the monkey face.
4.-5. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the nose to the combined face and then the combined monkey face to the topper base. Glue the combined hearts to the monkey’s tummy.
6. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the tail to the monkey’s backside.
7. Apply hot glue to the inside of the topper base just underneath the score lines, where the arms fold over. (You want to make sure that the arms can still fold down.) 
8.  Center and secure your open resealable plastic bag to the hot glue line. Make sure that only one side of the plastic bag is glued down so that you can still open it. I used a snack sized plastic bag (W 6.5” x H 4.25”)
9. Fill with treats. I finished the monkey with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes and ribbon:)

6. Glue the third hippo face on top of the combined puppy face piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the the muzzle piece to the combined face.
7. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the completed head to the front to the box.  Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box.
8.-9. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the the tail on the back. I finished the hippo with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes and a hair bow:)

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). (The puppy’s tail and heart are not shown in this tutorial image)
2. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each paw.
3. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
5. Glue the puppy face with the smallest eye holes to the solid puppy face base.
6. Tuck the tongue into the mouth of the third face piece and glue into place. Glue the third puppy face on top of the combined puppy face piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the nose to the muzzle piece.
7. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined muzzle piece to the combined puppy face and also attach the completed head to the front of the box. 
8. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box.
9.-10. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the the tail on the back. I finished the puppy with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

7.-9. Using a foam adhesive square in the center of the center strip attach the heart in place. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. I finished the turtle with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). (The heart design piece is missing from this picture..sorry)
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4. Glue the large head piece with ear and eye cut outs to the head solid base. Glue the medallion (small circle) onto the combined head shape. Glue the Muzzle piece with holes to it’s solid base.
5. Glue the collar to the combined head shape. Glue the face and chin pieces to the combined head shapes.
6.Using a piece of foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the muzzle combined piece and this combined piece to the combined head piece. Glue the forehead strip on top of the coordinating shape on the face.
7. Insert gift card and attach the head to the card base using adhesive foam squares.
8-9. The paws tuck into the slots on the front. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the heart shape between the paws. Finish with adhesive gems for the sparkle in his eyes and a ribbon:)

Fox Hug Treat Box

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). (The heart piece is missing from this tutorial picture)
2. Glue the full fox face to the fox face solid base. Glue the small tail piece to the larger tail base.
3. Glue the ears and small fox face on to the combined fox face.
4. Using a piece of foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the fox combined face. Glue the cheek circles into place at the corners of the mouth.
5. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to each paw.
6. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
7. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
8. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. 
9.-10. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box and the tail on the back.
11. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place.  I finished the fox with a ribbon:)


Rose Lantern (Flameless)


Rose Lantern (Flameless)-JMRush
Lantern size: W 3 x D 3 x H 7”

This flameless candle lantern features four rose design panels and when vellum paper is used, a layered frosted effect is created. The file also includes a 3D rose design that can be used independently. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 



1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for all design pieces)
2. Flip the two lantern base pieces over. Center the vellum rectangles over the openings in the lantern base. Apply glue and secure into place.
3.-4. Glue the circular hangers together. ( Make sure the stems of this piece remain separate) Glue one of the stems to the top of the third from the left window panel. (The other stem will be glued inside the lantern later)
5. Flip the lantern base face up. Glue the solid rose base and stem/leaves onto the lantern base.
6. Glue the rose detail on top of the rose base.
7. Glue the detailed stem/leaves on top of the stem/leaves base.
8. Glue the separate detailed leaves to their coordinating bases.
9.-10. Fold the score lines on the lantern base. Apply glue to the top tabs of the Lantern square base and secure to the inside of the sides. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a shallow box.
11. Flip the lantern base over ( pretty side down). Fold all score lines. Apply glue to the long side tab in the middle of the lantern window base pieces and secure to the other lantern window base piece.
12. This is what it should look like:)Apply glue to the other long side tab and attach to the inside of the other side creating a box.
13. -17. Applying glue to one top tab at a time, begin to secure the top tabs to the inside of the next angled triangle.  The other Circular hanger stem will be glued to the inside of the opposite side of the lantern. Glue and secure all top tabs.
18. Glue the centers of the two largest rose petal designs together and the two smaller petal designs together staggering the petals.
19. Curve the flower petals as you like and secure the two combined flower sections together.
19. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined rose and leaves to the top of the lantern.
20. Place the lantern top in it’s base. Finish with a ribbon and place a flameless candle inside.

Live, Laugh, Love Lantern (Flameless)

This flameless candle lantern features three panels that read Live, Laugh, and Love and when vellum paper is used, a layered frosted effect is created. The file also includes a heart shaped lock and key design that can be used independently. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces.
2. Flip the two lantern base pieces over. Center the vellum rectangles over the openings in the lantern base. Apply glue and secure into place.

16.-18 Fold the score lines on the lantern base. Apply glue to the top tabs of the Lantern square base and secure to the inside of the sides. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a shallow box.
19. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the heart with the cut out to the heart base.
20. Place the lantern top in it’s base. Finish with a ribbon and place a flameless candle inside. I used enamel adhesive dots to decorate the top of the key and lock and looped ribbon so that these decorative pieces hang from the center circular hanger:)

Snowflake Tri-Fold Gift Card

This card features a cut out on the card base and when vellum paper is used, a layered transparent effect is created. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut out all design pieces.
  2. Fold all score lines.
  3. Apply glue to the edges and very center of the snowflake top panel. ( the glue will show through the vellum if glue spreads else where)
  4. Secure the full circle vellum piece centering it around the circular snowflake design on the top panel. 
  5. Glue the top panel onto the top of the card base.(The vellum circle should be in between the two sections.
  6. Apply glue to the center of the vellum circle on the top side or use a foam adhesive square in the center ( which is what is shown in the example image).
  7. Secure the large snowflake to the center. I added an adhesive dot to decorate the center of the snowflake.
  8. Glue the middle section and bottom section in place.
  9. Apply glue to the very edges of the gift card section. (Be careful to only glue the edges or your gift card section will not function properly).
  10. Secure to the card base.
  11. Using foam adhesive squares or glue, secure the two smaller snowflakes to the front of the gift card section. I used two more adhesive dots for the centers.
  12. Ta Da! Your card is done:)

Small Heart Panel Box


Small Heart Panel Box - JMRush

1.Cut out the design pieces.
2. Turn your box base face down ( unless you used double sided paper) Fold the score lines. Glue the rectangle vellum piece to the backside of the heart cut out panel.
3. Apply glue to the tabs just below the heart design on the box base and secure to the wings just below the tabs.
4. Apply glue to the tabs on the bottom of the box base and secure to the wings above creating a box.
5.-7. Glue the panel to the coordinating shapes on the outside of the box base.
8. Insert the tab into the oval shaped slot on the bottom section of the box. Center and glue the open heart design piece on top of the combined panel on the top of the box.
9. Your box can be filled with candies or a small gift:)

5. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
6. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
7. -8.Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box.

2. Glue the bear head to the bear head solid base. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the muzzle piece.
3. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the combined muzzle piece to the combined face piece. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each hoof.
4. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
5. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
6.-7. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. 
8. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box and use a foam adhesive square in the center of the center strip to secure the heart into place.

9. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center and the tail attaches on the back. I finished the bear with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)
