Winter Fox Gift Tag Ornament


Winter Fox Gift Tag Ornament-JMR
Approximate size: H 5” X W 3.75”

This design can be used as a gift tag and ornament and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
2. Glue the head piece with eye cut outs to the coordinating solid head piece. Glue the head/scarf piece to the coordinating shape on the two legged fox silhouette. Flip the tag base over and glue the coordinating (white) label full fox body to it; centering it.
3. Flip the tag base back over and attach the combined two leg fox silhouette to the base using foam adhesive squares. Glue the small face to the combined fox head. Glue the nose to the combined fox head.
4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined fox head
to the coordinating shape on the fox base. Loop a ribbon through the circular hole at the top and tie. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

1. Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)
2. Glue the face piece with eye holes to the solid coordinating shape. Glue the the muzzle piece with a cut out mouth to it’s solid base piece. Glue the scarf/head piece to the coordinating shape on the two legged fox silhouette.
3.Loop a ribbon through the hanger circle at the top. Your file will have the hole in a slightly different location… I didn’t like the way it originally was hanging;)
4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined muzzle to the combined head piece. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose to the combined head. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined two legged fox to the coordinating shape on the tag base. 
5. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined head piece to the combined fox tag. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

Foxy Hug Candy Pocket

Approximate Pocket size: W 2.5” X H 3.25”

The Fox Hug Candy Pocket has a open center section that is sized to hold a Ghirardelli chocolate square, snack size candies, or a special message. This file can be used for classroom parties or office treats, and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used doubled sided card stock)
2. Fold the tabs on the Fox base. Apply glue to the tabs. Fold forward and secure to the Fox shape of the base. Glue the Fox face to the solid Fox face base. Glue the white tail portion to the coordinating tail shape.
3. Glue the Fox smile section to the combined Fox face.
4. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the combined fox head. Glue the combine fox head to the coordinating shape on the base.
5. Insert Ghirardelli® chocolate square or other snack sized candy.
6. Tuck the fox’s hands into the slots in the center.

7. Tuck the fox’s hands into the slots in the center. Glue the combined tail into place. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the heart:)

Fox Snack Bag Topper

Approximate size: W 6.25” x H 8”

This snack bag topper features character arms and head that fold over a resealable plastic snack sized zipper bag. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock:).
2. Fold the score lines. Glue the Fox face to the solid Fox face base. Glue the white tail portion to the coordinating shape on the Fox base.
3. Glue the Fox smile section to the combined Fox face. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the combined bear head.
4. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the combined Fox head.
5. Glue the combined Fox head to the topper base. Glue the heart to the center of the snack bag.
6. Apply hot glue to the inside of the topper base just underneath the score lines, where the arms fold over. (You want to make sure that the arms can still fold down.) 
7. -8.  Center and secure your open resealable plastic bag to the hot glue line. Make sure that only one side of the plastic bag is glued down so that you can still open it. I used a snack sized plastic bag (W 6.5” x H 4.25”) Fill with treats:)

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the card base. Glue the solid head base piece to the solid head piece with the scarf at the bottom. Glue the face piece to the head piece with ear cut outs.
3. Glue the combined face/head piece to the combined head/scarf piece. Glue the nose to the combined head piece.
4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined fox head piece to the front leg body piece and then to the full body piece. Glue the combined fox to the front of the card.
5. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

1. Cut design pieces.

Fox Hug Gift Card Holder

This design features character arms that open to a hidden gift card pocket, is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats, and fits most gift cards.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)
2. Fold the card along score lines. Glue the fox head with cut outs to the solid fox head piece.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4. Glue the fox face to the font of the combined fox head and glue the inner ear shapes to the coordinating shapes.  
5.Glue the nose on the tip of the combined fox head and the circular cheek shapes to the ends of the smile.
6.Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined fox head to the front of the card base. Insert gift card.
7. Tuck the hands into the slots on the front. Glue a ribbon to the heart shape.
8. Secure the tail to the backside of the card with glue.
9. I finished with enamel dots to accent the eyes:)

Fox Hug Treat Box

Approximate box size: W 3.25” x D 2.25 x H .75” (H 4.50” including Fox head and tail)

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.




1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). (The heart piece is missing from this tutorial picture)
2. Glue the full fox face to the fox face solid base. Glue the small tail piece to the larger tail base.
3. Glue the ears and small fox face on to the combined fox face.
4. Using a piece of foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the fox combined face. Glue the cheek circles into place at the corners of the mouth.
5. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to each paw.
6. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
7. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
8. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. 
9.-10. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box and the tail on the back.
11. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place.  I finished the fox with a ribbon:)

Fox Love Treat Box

1.Cut the design pieces.
2. Glue the tail pieces on the coordinating shapes on the box base.
3. Fold the score lines on the box.
4. Apply glue to the top two tabs. Secure to the top section (with the tails).
5. Apply glue to the other two tabs and secure to the bottom section ( head section).
6. Glue the full fox face design pieces to the single face bases.
7. Attach the half fox faces to the combined fox faces and glue the inside of the ears to the coordinating shapes on the combined face pieces.
8. Using pieces of foam adhesive squares, attach the hearts ( largest on the bottom ascending in size). Glue the cheek dots on each fox. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the fox faces to the double face solid base.
9.Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined face pieces and hearts to the box base.
10. I finished the box with ribbon:)
