Happy Birthday Flower Gift Card Pocket

Happy Birthday Flower Gift Card Pocket- JMRush 
Approximate Card size: W 5.50” X H 4.25”

This design has an inside pocket that fits most gift cards is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1. Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock on the flower petals)
2. Fold the card base at the score lines. Glue the smaller text to the to the larger one;centering it. Curve the flower petals as you like.
3. Apply glue to the two small tabs on the card base and secure to the panel above.
4. Glue the centers of the two smaller flowers together; alternating petals and with the smallest flower on top. Glue the centers of the two larger flowers together; alternating petals and with the smallest flower on top.
5.  Insert gift card. Glue the centers of the two flower grouping together; alternating petals and with the smaller grouping on top.
6. Attach with the words to the front of the card base with small pieces of foam adhesive squares. Glue the flower into place and finish with a small adhesive jewel in the center of the flower:)

Happy Birthday Petunia Card

Approximate Card size: W5.50” X H 4.25”

The Happy Birthday Petunia card file contains an optional inside pocket design for gift cards. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.- 2. Cut design pieces.
3. Fold the card at the score lines. Glue the patterned petunia rectangle piece to the front of the card.
4. Curve the flower petals as you like.
5. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the flower sections together. (Smallest on top - Largest on bottom and alternating petals.)
6. Glue the words to the coordinating larger word base. Fold the score lines on the optional gift card pocket.
7. -8. Apply glue to the side tabs of the optional gift card pocket and along the inside bottom edge.
9. Secure to the inside of the card. Glue the flower to the coordinating shape on the pocket.
10. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to secure the words and flower to the front of the card. Finish by placing a adhesive jewel in the center of the card:)

Monkey Snack Bag Topper

Monkey Snack Bag Topper-JMRush
Approximate size: W 6.75” x H 6”

This snack bag topper features character arms and head that fold over a resealable plastic bag. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. 



1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the topper base). (The legs/feet of the monkey were modified after the tutorial was made… sometimes tutorials are a work in progress for me;)
2. Fold the score lines. Glue the monkey face to the solid monkey face base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the smaller heart to the larger one. 
3. Glue the small monkey face, cheeks and inner ear pieces to their coordinating shapes on the monkey face.
4.-5. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the nose to the combined face and then the combined monkey face to the topper base. Glue the combined hearts to the monkey’s tummy.
6. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the tail to the monkey’s backside.
7. Apply hot glue to the inside of the topper base just underneath the score lines, where the arms fold over. (You want to make sure that the arms can still fold down.) 
8.  Center and secure your open resealable plastic bag to the hot glue line. Make sure that only one side of the plastic bag is glued down so that you can still open it. I used a snack sized plastic bag (W 6.5” x H 4.25”)
9. Fill with treats. I finished the monkey with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes and ribbon:)

Hippo Hug Treat Box

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base).
2. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each hoof.
3. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
5. Glue the hippo face with the teeth to the solid hippo face base.
6. Glue the third hippo face on top of the combined puppy face piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the the muzzle piece to the combined face.
7. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the completed head to the front to the box.  Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box.
8.-9. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the the tail on the back. I finished the hippo with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes and a hair bow:)


Puppy Hug Treat Box

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). (The puppy’s tail and heart are not shown in this tutorial image)
2. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each paw.
3. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
5. Glue the puppy face with the smallest eye holes to the solid puppy face base.
6. Tuck the tongue into the mouth of the third face piece and glue into place. Glue the third puppy face on top of the combined puppy face piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the nose to the muzzle piece.
7. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined muzzle piece to the combined puppy face and also attach the completed head to the front of the box. 
8. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box.

Panda Bear Hug Treat Box

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base).
2. Glue the panda head with large cuts on top of the panda head with smaller cuts.
3. Glue the panda combined face to the panda solid head piece. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose.
4. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each paw.
5. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
6. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
7. -8.Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box.
9.Glue the paws on top pf the coordinating shapes on the box base.
10. -11. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the the tail on the back. I finished the panda with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

Brown Bear Hug Treat Box

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.


1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base).
2. Glue the bear head to the bear head solid base. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the muzzle piece.
3. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the combined muzzle piece to the combined face piece. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each hoof.
4. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
5. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
6.-7. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. 
8. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box and use a foam adhesive square in the center of the center strip to secure the heart into place.

Happy Birthday Deco Flower Card

Card size: 5.5” x 4.25”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the Card along score lines. Center the lettering on the lettering base and glue into place. Center the rectangular border on the front and glue into place.
3. Match up the flowers with their bases and flue into place. I used foam adhesive square on the two largest flowers to add dimension to the design:)
4.Using foam adhesive squares, attach the two largest flowers into place.
5. Finish by adding adhesive jewels to the center of the flowers.
6. Ta Da:) Your card is complete!

Make a Wish Card


Make a Wish Card-JMRush
Card size: 5.5” x 4.25”

This card features a cut out on the card base and when vellum paper is used, a layered transparent effect is created.This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.  

1.Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the Card along score lines.
3.Apply glue to the top center of the circular flower design.
4. Secure the circular vellum piece to the top. Apply glue to the outer edge of the joined circular piece.
5. Attach this piece to the inside of your card base - centering it to the circular cut out.
6. Glue the scalloped vellum piece to the inside edge of the front cover of the card.
7. Glue the thin runner rectangular piece on top of the scalloped vellum piece matching it up to the edge of the card base.
8.Glue the large rectangular piece on the inside of the back flap of your card if needed. ( I include these incase you use double sided paper so you will have a spot to write in your card:)
9.Center the lettering to the lettering base and glue together. Glue the center of the two remaining flower designs together.
10. Glue the joined flowers to the center of the vellum. I angled them so that it fit in-between the design in the back.
11. I used foam adhesive squares to attach the lettering on to the card front and a small shiny dot to decorate the center of the flower:)
12. Ta Da:) Your card is complete!

Happy Birthday Candles Card

Card size: 5.5” x 4.25”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats and contains a gift card holder. Image shown with use of glitter and highlighter markers on flames.

1.Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the Card along score lines.
3.Apply glue to the inside of the card that has cut outs. (Be careful to only glue the edges so that your gift card holder will function. You also want to be careful that glue does not show through to the front of your card)
4. Secure the gift card holder and glue the blank rectangle to the other inside flap.
5. Glue the flames together - largest to smallest. ( There is one set of three that is a tad lager that is used for the tall candle) Glue the Happy Birthday lettering onto the shadow lettering base.
6.Glue the flames into place.
7. Attach the lettering into place. (I used foam adhesive squares to give it a bit of a pop.)
8. Optional: I used an orange glitter marker to add shine to the white flames.
9. Also Optional: I used a yellow highlighter on the bottoms of the white flames to add more color dimension- Ta Da:) Your card is complete!
