Bounce Bunny Hug Treat Box


Bounce Bunny Hug Treat Box-JMRush 
Approximate box size: W 3” x D 2.25 x H .75” (H 4.5” including Bunny head)

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Easter or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). 
2. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each paw. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
3. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
4. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. 
5.Glue the Bunny face to the solid Bunny face base.
6.Glue the inner ears into the corresponding shapes on the combined face piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined face piece to front of the box centering it with the bunny head shape on the box base.
7.-9. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the the tail on the back. Fill with goodies:)

Cross Lantern with Lily (Flameless)


Cross Lantern with Lily (Flameless)-JMRush
Lantern size: W 3 x D 3 x H 7”

This Flameless Cross Lantern features cut outs and when vellum paper is used, a layered frosted glass effect is created. The Lily flower can be used independently.  This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.


1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)
2. Glue the vellum paper to the back sides of the window panels.
3. Fold all score lines. 
4.Apply glue to bottom side of the long side tab of the lantern window base and secure to the other lantern window base piece.
5. Flip the joined lantern windows over so the front is facing you again. This is what it should look like. Apply glue to the backsides of the  individual Cross panels. Secure them to the outside of the lantern centering them with each lantern window.
6. Glue the circular hangers together. ( Make sure the stems of this piece remain separate)
7. Flip the joined later windows over ( The long side tab should be on your right).  Glue one of the stems of the Circular hanger to the inside of the top of the third cross panel.
8. Apply glue to the top tab and to the side long tab on the very left side.
9. Secure the Long side tab to the other side creating a box.
10. Begin to secure the top tabs to the inside of the next angled triangle. 
11. -12. Glue the other Circular hanger stem to the inside of the opposite side of the lantern. Finish securing all of the top tabs. 
13. Apply glue to the top tabs of the Lantern square base and secure to the inside of the sides.
14. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a shallow box.
15. Glue the matching flower petals together. You may have to turn the petals to get them to match up. ( bottoms together so you have pretty on each side.)
16. Glue the Flower stamen pieces together ( bottoms together so you have pretty on each side.)
17.-18. Place the flower petal section with a smaller center underneath the flower petal section with a circular shape. Center and tuck the top layer of petals under the bottom petals to join the flower sections.
19. Curve the Flower stamen combined piece so that all of the oval sections are on top. Curve the flower petals as you like.
20. Curve the leaves. Glue the stamen section to the center of the combined flower petals.
21. Place a flameless candle inside the lantern base and place the lantern top inside the base. Glue the leaves and lily into place. Finish with ribbon and enamel opal adhesive dots in the center of each cross.

Dinosaur Card

Approximate Card size: H 5.50” X W 4.25”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 


1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the score line on the card base. Glue the Dinosaur head piece with cutouts to the Dino head with teeth.
3. Glue the combined Dino head to the solid Dino head base.
4. Use foam adhesive squares to secure the Dino combined head to the front of the card base. I finished with enamel dots to accent the eyes:)

This cute Bounce Bunny box is perfect for treats or small gifts. The Bunny can be used independently from the treat box. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 



  1. Cut the design pieces. ( I changed the color of the box at the end of the tutorial:)
  2. Flip the card base over- Face down. Fold all score lines.
  3. Apply glue to the the bottom tabs shown.
  4. Secure those tabs to the top of the square that they surround, forming an open box shape.
  5. Apply glue to the side tab and other bottom tab. Secure the bottom tab to the square as before and secure the side tab creating a box.
  6. Glue the Bunny body to the Bunny solid base.
  7. Glue the inner ears to the combined piece within the coordinating shapes. Apply foam adhesive squares to the backside of the bunny head and regular glue to the tips of the backside of the ears. Secure to the combined piece. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the feet.
  8. This is what it should look like.
  9. Glue the box to the backside of your bunny with the slot of the box facing outward. Attach the fluffy tail with a foam adhesive square. I finished the bunny with a ribbon:)

Easter Flower Card

Approximate Card size: W 5.50” X H 4.25”


This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 


1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the score line on the card base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the two smaller petals together in each set (3) offsetting or alternating the petals. Repeat for the two larger petals in each set (3).
3. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined smaller petals to the combined larger petals sets alternating the petals.(3)
4.-5.Glue the flower stems into place on the front of the card base.
6. Glue the combined flower petals into place.
7. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the fence into place.
8. Glue the grass on top of the picket fence.
9. I added enamel dots to the center of the flowers:)

2. Fold the card base at the score lines. 
3. Glue the open rectangular shaped mat piece to the front of the card. 
4.-5. Glue the two smaller petal sections of three together and the larger petal section of three together alternating the petals- with largest petals on bottom and smaller on top.
6. Curve the flower petals as you like.
7. I used a foam adhesive squares to attach the largest flower set to the left hand corner and the two smaller flower sets to each side of the larger flower. 
8. Glue the leaf designs behind each flower.
9. Glue the script to the front of the card:)

Schnauzer Card

1. Cut design pieces. (The card base is not shown) Glue the circular medallion piece to the head solid base on top of the coordinating circular shape. Glue the collar strip to the solid head piece.
2. Glue the head shape with eye cut out on to the solid head base. 
3. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the largest muzzle piece and attach the ears to the combined head piece.
4. Glue the nose to the smaller muzzle piece. Use foam adhesive squares to attach this piece and the eyebrows to the combined head piece. You can use the oval shaped piece for the puppy’s tongue by gluing it to the bottom side of the smallest muzzle piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head to the card base. Finish with enamel dots to enhance the eyes and around the collar for decoration:)

1. Glue the medallion (small circle) to the solid Pug head shape on top of the coordinating circular shape. Glue the collar into place on the solid Pug head shape.
2. Glue the nose to the small muzzle shape. Glue the large head shape ( with cut outs for the eyes) to the solid Pug head shape.
3. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose/muzzle piece to the detailed face piece and attach the ears to the solid Pug head shape. Glue the chin to the detailed combined face just under the small muzzle piece. You can glue the tiny curved eye pieces to the eye section of the main combined head (optional). 
4. Glue the combined detailed head piece to the solid head piece. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined Pug head piece to the card base. Finish with adhesive gems for the sparkle in his eyes  and around the collar for decoration:)

Bunny Picket Fence Basket

The Basket-
1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock for the basket, grass, and handle)
2. Fold all score lines.
3. Apply glue to the bottom of the top two tabs. Secure to the rectangular fence shape just above the tabs.
4. Apply glue to the tabs just below.  Secure to the rectangular fence shape just below the tabs. You now have a box shape.
5. Insert the handle tab through the top slot on the side of the basket starting from the inside and passing the tab through to the outside of the basket. 
6. Tuck this tab into the bottom slot going from the outside of the basket in to the inside of the basket. Repeat for the other handle tab on the other side.
7. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the chicks or bunnies to the front of your basket.
8. Use a foam adhesive on each corner of the back side of one of the longer grass designs and attach to the front on the basket on top of the chick/bunny pieces.
9. Glue the other grass pieces to the sides of the basket. Curve the grass blades as you like. 
10. Finish with ribbon and fill with goodies:)


 Bunnies-
  1. Cut design pieces.
  2. Glue the shapes with cut outs to the shapes with cut out eyes.
  3. Glue the combined pieces to the shape solid bases.

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Flip the box base over ( pretty side down and double set of tabs on the lower section) Fold all score lines.... including the score lines on the heart shaped clover leaves.
3. Apply glue to the bottom of the middle tabs. Secure to the rectangular shape just above the tabs.
4. Apply glue to the tabs just below.  Secure to the rectangular shape just below the tabs.
5. Apply glue to the last set of tabs on the top section. Secure to the last rectangular panel just above the tabs. Your box will be complete now.
6. Apply glue to the folded bottom edge of one of the heart shaped clover leaves. I used hot glue.
7. Attach the bottom edge of another heart shaped clover leaf. I used alternating patterns for each group of two.
8-9. Repeat until all sets of two clover leaves are joined. You will have four sections when completed.
10. Glue the circle to the scalloped piece centering it. Glue the combined clover sections to the clover base.
11. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the clover to the combined scallop piece and again to the box.
12. I finished with a ribbon:)

  6. Attach the chick head with a foam adhesive square. I finished the basket with enamel dots for the eyes and a ribbon.

The Box-
1. Flip the box base over ( pretty side down and double set of tabs on the lower section) Fold all score lines.
2. Apply glue to the bottom of the middle tabs.
3. Secure to the rectangular shape just above the tabs. Apply glue to the tabs just below.
4. Secure to the rectangular shape just below the tabs. Apply glue to the last set of tabs on the top section.
5.-7. Secure to the last rectangular panel just above the tabs. Your box will be complete now.

The Lily-
1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the flower petals).
2. Glue the center of the two smaller petal sections together and the center of the two larger petal sections together alternating the petals.
3.-4. Curve the flower petals. I curved the smaller combined petals downward toward their center. For the large combined petals and medium single petal segment- I curved each individual petal inward toward each petals vertical center.
5. I formed the medium single petal segment by bringing all the tips of the flower together. I used a foam adhesive square to attach the single petal segment to the largest combined flower petals and then the smallest combined petals to this combined piece.
6. After all the sections are combined I form the flower together by grabbing it by the base and gently applying pressure to give it a cupped or round shape.
7. I attached the lily with hot glue to the gift card box.Your gift box is complete:)

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base) ( The heart design piece was left out of the tutorial images…sorry)
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base. Glue the small poodle face to the longer one, centering the nose cut outs.
4. Glue the combined face piece and ears to the solid head base.
5.Glue the eyes to the combined head piece. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the nose, muzzle, and top notch hair design.
6. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined head to the card base.
7. - 9. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the tail to the back of the card base. The gift card can be inserted into the pocket of the card base and the hands tuck into the slots on the front. Finish with ribbon and I used enamel dots to enhance the eyes:)

Boy Tooth Fairy Box

Approximate box size: W 2.5” x D 1 x H 4” (W 4” x H 5” with Boy)

This box opens by lifting the character’s head to to expose the opening to a tooth fairy box. This design is perfect for lost baby tooth deposits and monetary returns;) This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 




  1. The Box- Cut the box base design. ( I used double sided cardstock) 
  2. Fold score lines.
  3. Apply glue to the two small vertical side tabs at the bottom of the box base.
  4. Secure the two small vertical side tabs to the 1 inch (width) rectangles just above them.
  5. Apply glue to the very right corner of the horizontal tab just below the two side tabs that you just glued. ( My finger is pointing to the section in the photo:) Secure this corner to the vertical tab to the right.
  6. Apply glue to the topside of the same vertical tab and secure the final panel creating a complete box.
  7. - 9.The tab fits into the slot to close.


The Boy-
1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock)
2. Glue the large head piece with eye cut outs to the large solid head piece with teeth. Glue the gum oval pieces with teeth cut outs to the long mouth piece. The solid center gum piece goes on the side without an oval cut out and the open center gum piece goes on the bottom centered around the corresponding oval cut out. Glue the face piece with a nose cut out to the face piece with only eye cut outs.
3. Glue the hair piece to the combined head. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the teeth in their matching spaces on the bottom and regular glue to secure the top teeth.
4. Glue the combined face pieces to the combined head piece. Glue the circular iris eyes in place.
5. Fold the score lines on the long mouth base. Glue the combined boy head to the top of the long mouth base.
6.Glue the bottom of the mouth/boy head combined piece to the box centering it around the oval cut out. I placed the slotted opening of the box at the top of the boy’s head. Your box is ready for the next lost baby tooth. The tooth fairy can easily access the baby tooth and exchange it for a reward:)

The Hippo-

2. Glue the open oval teeth piece to long mouth base base. Glue the hippo head with teeth to the hippo head solid piece.
3. Glue the toothless Hippo head to the combined head. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the teeth in their matching spaces.
4. Fold the score lines on the long mouth base. Glue the combined hippo head to the top of the long mouth base.
5.Glue the bottom of the mouth/hippo head combined piece to the box centering it around the oval cut out. I placed the slotted opening of the box at the top of the hippo’s head.

6. Finish with adhesive enamel dots to accent her eyes and a hair bow. Fill with goodies:)

2. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each paw.

6. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the muzzle piece to the combined face. You can use the optional tongue oval piece by applying a dob of glue to the front top of the oval and securing it underneath the smallest muzzle piece.
7. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box.
8.-9. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined head to the box. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. I finished the puppy with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

Approximate box size: W 2.5” x D 1 x H 4” (W 3.25 x H 4.75 with Dinosaur Head)

This box opens by lifting the character’s head to to expose the opening to the treat box. This simple to construct design would be perfect to hold your goodies for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. The Box- Cut the box base design. ( I used double sided cardstock) 
  2. Fold score lines.
  3. Apply glue to the two small vertical side tabs at the bottom of the box base.
  4. Secure the two small vertical side tabs to the 1 inch (width) rectangles just above them.
  5. Apply glue to the very right corner of the horizontal tab just below the two side tabs that you just glued. ( My finger is pointing to the section in the photo:) Secure this corner to the vertical tab to the right.
  6. Apply glue to the topside of the same vertical tab and secure the final panel creating a complete box.
  7. - 9.The tab fits into the slot to close.


The Dinosaur or Alligator-crocodile:)
1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock)
2. Glue the open oval teeth piece to long mouth base base. Glue the small head piece to it’s matching teeth piece. Fold the score lines on the long mouth base.
3. Glue the combined head to the top of the long mouth base.
4. Glue the bottom of the combined pieces to the box centering it around the oval cut out. I placed the slotted opening of the box at the top of the dinosaurs head.
5. Fill with goodies.
6. I used adhesive enamel dots to accent his eyes:)
