1.Cut design pieces. I used double sided red cardstock for the card base:)
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4.Glue the Oval head piece and the hat sliver on top. Glue on the Santa’s belt and buckle.
5.Glue on Santa’s face.
6. Using foam adhesive squares, place and attach Santa’s mustache. Using glue, attach the eyes and nose.
7. Glue Santa’s hand to the arm wings and then glue on the trim pieces to each hand.
8. Place gift card.
9. Tuck Santa’s hands into the cut slots in the card base.

10. Glue a ribbon in the center of the slots to finish:)

  1. Thanks, Jennifer! This turned out really cute! It might be helpful to note that it's best to make this from two-sided red pattern paper - I started mine with a pattern paper that had a white background, and had to start over because the white showed when I folded his arms in.

    1. Thank you so much! Good point about the double sided paper. I get so wrapped up in designing that I sometimes glaze over the tutorials. I will add it to the tutorial. Thanks so much!:)

  2. Just wondering if you happen to have a PDF file available for this? I don't have a cutting machine but, I wouldn't mind making a few of them by hand. :)

    1. Hi Jenna:)
I am sorry but I don't have this as a PDF file yet. I will see what I can do about getting it added and will let you know when I have it converted:)
      Thanks so much!

  3. Is there anywhere I can purchase the Cricut SVG file now that digiplayground no longer exists?

    1. Hello,
I am just following up and wanted to make sure you received my earlier message. The questions were: which cutting machine are you using? And which site did you purchase the file from? This information will help me to help you:)
      Thanks so much!
