1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock) 

2. Fold the card base at the score lines. Glue the chick body with cut out eyes to it’s coordinating solid base.

3. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined combined chick body to the solid chick body with wings. Use a small piece of foam adhesive square to attach the beak to the combined chick.

4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined chick to the front of the card base. I finished by adding a ribbon:)
