Rose Pocket Gift Car




Rose Pocket Gift Card-JMRush
Approximate Size: W 7.25” X H 3.75”

This design has a sliding compartment that is sized to hold American paper currency or most gift cards and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut design pieces.
  2. Fold the score lines on the two card bases.  (There is a enlarged photo below to assist in folding the card bases. Green lines fold down. Red folds up. The lower card base if turned so that the point is pointing up instead of down.) Glue the detailed flower to it’s coordinating shape solid base. Curve the leaves as you like.
  3. Apply glue to the side tabs on the lower card base and fold the top section to them.
  4. Apply glue to the side tabs on the upper card base and secure to the upper rectangular panel.
  5. Apply glue to the lower section on either side ( where my fingers are pointing) and attach to the lower section. 
  6. Apply glue to the top section of the upper card base and secure the triangular piece to it; aligning at the top of the card. Glue the center point of the leaves together.
  7. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined leaves to the center of the top combined card base.
  8. Insert cash or a gift card. Attach the combined flower with a foam adhesive square. Insert the top card base into the lower card base:)

Mom Tulips Card

  1. Cut design pieces. (There are actually four “mom” script words in this file. You will only need three. The thinnest script is very delicate so I included one that is a bit thicker for the top layer:) - ( I also changed the color of the thinnest script to a darker blue paper so it shows up better)
  2. Fold the card base. Glue the larger flower petal pieces to the coordinating shapes on the flower grouping pieces (2).  Glue the two largest “mom” scripts together.
  3. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the middle single petals to the combined flower groupings. Glue the last “mom” script to the combined script.
  4. Curve the leaves of the flower groupings as you like. Use a foam adhesive squares to attach the two flower grouping together.  Glue the front panel to the front of the card base. 
  5. Place the combined flower grouping and the script to the front of the card to find placement.
  6. I used foam adhesive squares on the top back section of the combined flower grouping and glue at the bottom. Attach to the front of the card base.
  7. Glue the script to the front of the card base. I pressed on the bottom section of the script until it fully dried:)

Graduation Hat Pocket Gift Card

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the score lines on the two card bases.  (There is a enlarged photo below to assist in folding the card bases. Green lines fold down. Red folds up. The lower card base if turned so that the point is pointing up instead of down.) Glue the thinner word to the thicker word base. Glue the small oval to the larger oval base. Glue the smaller hat pieces to their larger coordinating shapes. ( There is a small tab in the center of the smaller top hat piece that can be used to secure a real tassel or thread if you prefer. Make sure this tab is up and not glued down if you decide to not use the tassel piece provided) Glue the side banner pieces (2) to the coordinating shape on the full banner. Glue the smaller curved banner piece to it’s coordinating larger shape.
  3. Apply glue to the side tabs on the lower card base and fold the bottom section to them.
  4. Apply glue to the side tabs on the upper card base and secure to the upper rectangular panel.
  5. This is what it should look like.
  6. Push down on the top of the upper card base and crease the folds.
  7. Apply glue to the top section of the upper card base and secure the combined top hat piece to it; aligning at the top of the card.
  8. Glue the bottom combined hat piece to the lower card base at the coordinating “v” shape. Glue the combined word to the combined curved banner piece.
9.  Use foam adhesive on the center backside of the combined curved banner and secure to the coordinating shape on the combined full banner piece. (You can glue the side edges down to the combined full banner if you want a more rounded appearance). Using a thin round dowel, wrap the tassel piece around to the backside.

10.   Apply glue to the very top to secure the tassel piece

11.  Apply glue to the center of the combined top hat. Secure the oval shape of the tassel to it. ( You can attach a real tassel to the tab if not using the tassel provided)

12.  Glue the combined small oval piece on top of the oval shape of the tassel.

13.  This is what it should look like:)

14.  Apply glue to the lower section on either side ( where my fingers are pointing) and attach to the lower section.

15.  Insert a gift card or money. The top section will flex.

16.  Insert the upper combined card base into the lower combined card base.

17.  Glue the combined banner to the front of the lower combined card base.

Iris Tea Light (Flameless)

Approximate Dimensions: W 5” x D 5” X H 3.75”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats and when vellum paper is used, an opaque lantern effect is created.

  1. Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock and vellum paper)
  2. Match up the petal outline shapes with the coordinating vellum shape. Glue the coordinating vellum piece to the front of the outline flower. ( You can also cut out another outline flower piece if you would like each side of the vellum flower to have the outline detail:)
  3. Fold the tabs of the tea light base ( long narrow strip with tabs). Tuck the end tab into the slot creating a circular tube shape. Apply a small dab of glue on the tab to hold in place. Apply a small dab of glue on the tab to hold in place.    
  4. Place the two narrow circular ring pieces over the tube shape you just created. One toward the top and one toward the bottom.
  5. Apply glue to the outside of one of the rows of tabs and secure to the narrow ring.
  6. Image of step completed.
  7. Repeat for the other set of tabs and circular ring. Image of step completed.
  8. Apply glue to the tops of the ring and tabs on one side. Secure the thicker circular ring to the top.
  9. Image of this step completed.
  10. Flip the combined tube over. Place a flameless votive candle inside the tube. Apply glue to the tops of the ring and tabs. Secure the thicker circular ring to the top.
  11. Curve the combined flower and leaves as you like. (I curved two of the leaves up and two down. I curved one set of the flower petals down and flipped the other set on it’s backside and then curved the petals up toward the center.)
  12. Apply glue to the backside of the leaves at the points where they make contact with the tea light base and attach to the tea light base.
  13. Apply glue to the bottom of the flower petals curved downward and secure to the tea light base.
  14. Apply glue to the bottom of the flower petals curved upward and secure to the tea light base:)

1. Cut the design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock)
2. Fold the Card Base at the score lines. Glue the Unicorn head with ear, eye, and nose cut outs to it’s coordinating solid base. Glue the unicorn horn with cut outs to it’s coordinating solid base. Glue the eyes with eyelashes to the circles with small circle cut outs; aligning at the small circle. 
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4. Curl the eyelashes on the combined eyes as you like:) Glue the combined eyes to the coordinating shapes on the combined Unicorn head; aligning the small circles.
5. Curl the hair and tail pieces as you like. Glue the small hair piece to the combined unicorn head. 
6. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined unicorn horn to the combined unicorn head; aligning at the top of the horn. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined Unicorn head to the coordinating shape on the card base.
7. Glue the hooves to the hoover shapes on the card base. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the large hair piece to the back of the card base.
8. Insert gift card.
9. Fold the gift card section upward and tuck the hooves into the slots on the front of the gift card section (card base).
10. Attach the tail to the back of the card base with a foam adhesive square.

11. Finish with a ribbon:)

  5. Glue the combined Flamingo to the front of the card base.
  6. Finish with a ribbon:)

Pineapple Card

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the card base. Curve the leaves of the three green pineapple shapes ( Do not curve the pineapple solid base shape (black)). Pull up the triangular points on the two yellow oval pieces. 
  3. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the middle green full pineapple piece to the fullest green full pineapple piece (at the oval base only - not the leaves). Glue the darker oval yellow (with triangular points) to the lighter one.
  4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the last green full pineapple piece to the combined full pineapple (at the oval base only - not the leaves). Glue the patterned oval piece to the combined yellow oval piece.
  5. Glue the combined yellow oval piece to the combined green full pineapple piece.
  6. Glue the combined pineapple to the pineapple solid shape piece (black).
  7. Glue the combined pineapple piece to the front of the card base.
  8. I finished with a ribbon and an adhesive enamel dot:)

Hippo Card

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Glue the full Hippo Head silhouette with an eye/ear/nose holes to the larger solid coordinating Hippo Head silhouette. Fold the card base at the score lines. ( I have the card base upside down in this tutorial - the teeth should be on the top of the card)
  3. Use a foam adhesive squares to attach the oval nose/muzzle piece to the combined Hippo Head.
  4. Use a foam adhesive squares to attach the combined Hippo Head to the front of the card base (with teeth). Glue the ears of the combined Hippo Head to the card base. I finished with adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes and a ribbon:)

  2. Glue the smaller flower shape to the larger one centering it. Curve the leaf shape as you like. Glue the open circle to it;s coordinating solid shape.
  3. Curve the combined flower petals. Glue the combined circle to the center of the combined flower. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined flower to the leaf shape. I finished by adding an adhesive jewel to the center:)

Boy Lamb Glasses Basket-JMRush

Lamb basket without glasses.


  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock. 
  2. Glue the lamb’s head with eye cut outs to it’s solid coordinating shape. Glue the hooves (4) to the larger hove pieces (4). Fold the score lines on the box base. Apply glue to the side tabs on the top section and secure to the rounded shape on each side.
  3. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a box. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the top lamb’s wool head piece to it’s coordinating solid shape.
  4. Insert the handle into the side slots.
  5. Attach the combined lamb’s wool head combined piece to the combined lamb’s head. Use small pieces of foam adhesive to attach the girl lambs glasses and glue for the boy glasses. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose.
  6. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined lamb’s head to the front of the box. Attach two of the combined hooves to the front bottom of the box using foam adhesive squares.
  7. Flip the box over. Attach the tail and remaining hooves to this side of the box using foam adhesive squares. ( The combined hooves should face the front of the box)
  8. I finished the lamb with a Ribbon for the girl and a bow tie for the boy. I accentuated the eyes enamel adhesive jewels:)

Boy Chick Glasses Basket-JMRush
Chick without glasses.

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock. ( The boy chick glasses basket file has a 2 piece optional bow tie, which was not used in this tutorial)
  2. Glue the chick’s head with eye cut outs to it’s solid coordinating shape.  Apply glue to the side tabs on the top section and secure to the rounded shape on each side.
  3. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a box. Glue the round eyes to the combined chick head; centering each around the holes in the combined chick head.
  4. Insert the handle into the side slots.
  5. Attach the wings to the combined back of the box.
  6. Attach the tail feather piece to the backside of the box using a foam adhesive square.
  7. Use small pieces of foam adhesive to attach the girl lambs glasses and glue for the boy glasses. Glue the beak in to place.
  8. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined chick’s head to the front of the box. Attach the feet to the front bottom of the box using foam adhesive squares.  I finished the chick with a Ribbon for the girl and a bow tie for the boy. I accentuated the eyes enamel adhesive jewels:)

Boy Bunny Glasses Basket-JMRush

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Glue the bunny’s head with eye/nose/mouth cut outs to the coordinating shape with eye and mouth cut outs.  Apply glue to the side tabs on the top section and secure to the rounded shape on each side.
  3. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a box. Glue the combined bunny head to it’s coordinating solid shape piece.
  4. Insert the handle into the side slots.
  5. Attach two of the bunny paws to the front bottom sides of the box using foam adhesive squares. Use small pieces of foam adhesive to attach the girl bunny glasses and glue for the boy glasses.
  6. Flip the box over and attach the bunny tail piece and remaining two bunny paws to the backside of the box using a foam adhesive square. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined bunny’s head to the front of the box. I finished the bunny with a Ribbon for the girl and a bow tie for the boy. I accentuated the eyes enamel adhesive jewels:)
