Schnauzer Dog Basket

This cute Schnauzer Dog Basket is a perfect gift container for dog lovers or for dog treats. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut the design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Glue the red collar and yellow circle tag to the coordinating shapes on the black dog silhouette. Glue one of the two light gray fur pieces to the front of the basket base; centering it and aligning at the score line on the full dog silhouette shape. Glue the black paw prints to the slightly larger gray paw prints; centering them. Glue the light gray muzzle piece to the gray dog face silhouette with eye cut outs; aligning the edges.
  3. Flip the basket base as shown. Fold the basket base at the score lines. Glue the combined gray face piece with eye cut outs to the combined black dog silhouette piece; aligning at the top and edges. Glue the white paw print pieces with cut outs to the combined paw prints.
  4. Apply glue to the top two tabs and secure to the rounded backside piece just above.
  5. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure to the dog silhouette piece just below; creating a box. 
  6. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined dog face to the coordinating shape on the basket base.
  7. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the small muzzle piece to the combined face. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the front two paws to the front of the basket base.
  8. Use small pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the eyebrows. Glue the nose into place on the combined face.
  9. Curve the tongue as you like. Apply glue to the top and secure just underneath the small muzzle piece (optional). I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes.
  10. Turn the basket to the back side. Glue the second fur piece to the center of the dog backside; center and align at the bottom.
  11. Attach the tail and combined back paws to the dog backside using foam adhesive squares.
  12. Insert the handle piece into the slots on each side of the combined basket. 
  13. I finished with a ribbon:)

Pomeranian Dog Basket

  1. Cut the design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the basket base at the score lines. Glue the light colored face/chest piece t to the front dog silhouette; aligning at the side edge detail on either side. Glue the black paw prints to the slightly larger brown paw prints; centering them. Glue the face piece with eye,nose, and mouth cut outs to the smaller black eye, nose, mouth piece; aligning at the bottom and centering the eyes.
  3. Flip the basket base head down. Apply glue to the top two tabs and secure to the rounded backside piece just above. Glue the light colored paw print pieces with cut outs to the combined paw prints. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the small muzzle piece and the nose into place on the combined face.
  4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure to the dog silhouette piece just below; creating a box. Attach the small tail piece to the larger one using foam adhesive squares; aligning at the top and sides. Apply foam adhesive squares to the back of the combined face over the cutout areas and secure to the front of the combined dog silhouette.
  5. Glue the collar into place on the front of the combined dog silhouette. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined tail to the backside section.
  6. Glue the combined dog silhouette to the front of the basket base; aligning edges. Curve the top notch and the ears forward. ( the top of the design does not align. This is designed to give dimension to the dog) Glue the inside of the ears to the coordinating shapes on the front of the combined basket. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the front feet.
  7. Insert the handle piece into the slots on each side of the combined basket. 
  8. Turn the basket to the backside and glue the combined backside piece into place; centering and aligning at the bottom. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined paws into place:)
  9. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes and collar and finished with a ribbon:)

Corgi Dog Basket

  1. Cut the design pieces. I used double sided card stock. (I altered the colors from this tutorial)
  2. Fold the basket base at the score lines. Glue the white face/chest piece with a mouth cut out to the front corgi silhouette; aligning at the side edge detail on either side. Glue the black paw prints to the slightly larger orange paw prints; centering them.
  3. Flip the basket base head down. Apply glue to the top two tabs and secure to the rounded backside piece just above.
  4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure to the corgi silhouette piece just below;creating a box. Glue the combined corgi silhouette to the front of the basket base; aligning edges. Glue the white paw print pieces with cut outs to the combined paw prints.
  5. Glue the black ears, eyes, and mouth to the coordinating shapes on the front of the combined basket. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose to the muzzle piece just above the mouth cut out.
  6. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined muzzle piece and the white front paws to the front of the combined basket. Glue the red collar into place. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes and the collar.
  7. Insert the handle piece into the slots on each side of the combined basket.
  8. Turn the basket to the backside and glue the white backside piece into place; centering and aligning at the bottom.
  9. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined paws and tail into place and finished with a ribbon:)

Graduation Picture Frame 4X6 2018

The Graduation Picture Frame 2018 is self standing and can be used horizontally or vertically. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats and folds flat for mailing.

  1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock) Be careful when removing the grad hat piece with the year cut out. It is delicate.
  2. Glue the smaller mat to the top of the larger mat. Attach the grad hat with the year cut out to the solid grad hat piece ( I used foam adhesive squares for dimension:)
  3. Apply glue to the back of the combined mat piece just along the very top. Secure to the front of the frame base. (Make sure the the score lines are at the bottom of the frame base)
  4. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined grad hat to the center of the top of the combined frame pieces. ( This frame can also be used horizontally by glue the mat along the horizontal top instead of the vertical as directed above)
  5. Insert picture by lifting the mat. The score lines on the frame base can be used to utilize the kick stand:)

Mom Flower Card

  1. Cut the design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the card base at the score lines and curve pieces as you like.
  3. Apply glue to the backside center of the second largest group of flowers and attach to the center of the largest flower group above them; centering them and alternating the petals. Glue the backside center of the smallest flower group to the center of the third largest flower group; centering and alternating petals. Glue the half circle of leaves to the edge of the solid circle piece.
  4. Apply glue to the backside center of the smaller combined flower sections and attach it to the center of the largest combined flower sections; alternating petals. Glue the combined leaf/circle piece to the full circle leaf piece; centering the circles.
  5. Glue the combined flowers to the combined circle. Glue the word “mom” to the center of the combined circle.
  6. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined circle piece to the front go the card base. I used enamel dots to accentuate the center of the flowers:)

  1. Cut the design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Curve pieces as you like.
  3. Apply glue to the backside center of the middle row of flowers and attach to the center of the slightly larger flowers to the left; centering them and alternating the petals. Glue the backside center of the smaller stamen section to the center of the larger one. Apply glue to the backside center of the smaller 4 petal flower section and attach to the larger 4 petal section; centering and alternating petals.
  4. Apply glue to the backside center of the second to the largest combined flower section and attach it to the center of the largest combined flower section; alternating petals. Apply glue to the back center of the combined stamen and attach to the combined 4 petal section.
  5. Apply glue to the back center of the combined 4 petal/stamen piece and attach to the center of the smaller combined flower grouping.
  6. Apply glue to the back center of the combined 4 petal/stamen flower groping and attach to the center of the larger combined flower grouping; centering and alternating petals.
  7. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the leaves.
  8. Adjust the flower petals as you like:)
