Flamingo Card




Flamingo Card-JMRush

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold Card Base. Glue the thinner Flamingo silhouette with an eye hole to the larger solid silhouette.
  3. Glue the white larger beak piece to the coordinating shape on the combined Flamingo. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the larger wing to the combined Flamingo.
  4. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the last wing to the combined Flamingo. Glue the smallest beak piece to the coordinating shape on the combined Flamingo.
  5. Glue the combined Flamingo to the front of the card base.
  6. Finish with a ribbon:)

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Glue the smaller flower shape to the larger one centering it. Curve the leaf shape as you like. Glue the open circle to it;s coordinating solid shape.
  3. Curve the combined flower petals. Glue the combined circle to the center of the combined flower. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined flower to the leaf shape. I finished by adding an adhesive jewel to the center:)

Stacked Octopus Heart Card

1. Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the card base at the score lines.  Glue the second largest octopus to the largest octopus. Glue the octopus head with eye and mouth cutouts to it’s solid base. 
3. Glue the eyes on the combined octopus head. Glue the combined octopus head to the octopus silhouette with one arm on each side. Glue the octopus silhouette with two arms on each side to the front of the large combined octopus.
4. Glue the two combined octopus sections together.
5. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the octopus to the front of the card:)

Beach Boy Flip Top Box


Beach Boy Flip Top Box-JMRush

Approximate size: W 4" X  H 5.25” X D 1.5”

The Beach Boy Flip Top Box has a top that is attached to the box base on one side and a tab closure on the other side. This file is great for party favors or to use as a centerpiece for your summer parties. This design is compatible with 8x12 or 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock) 
2. Line up the box base sections as the picture shows. Fold the tab on the right side section and apply glue to the tab’s backside.
3. Secure the tab to the left box base section. ( You want the tab to be on the inside of your box) Fold the score lines on the right side of the box base.
4. Apply glue to the small side tabs- one on the top and one on the bottom ( where my thumb and finger are in the picture)
5. Secure to the rectangular tab shapes creating 90 degree angles.
6. Fold the score lines on the left side of the box base.
7. Apply glue to the backside of the tabs closest to the center- one on the top and one on the bottom. 
8. Secure to the center strip.
9. Apply glue to the top and bottom tab that are facing you. 
10. Secure the rectangular flaps to the left
11. Apply glue to the outside edges of the 90 degree angle on the right lower section. 
12. Secure to the inside of the left lower section.
13. Repeat for the upper section.
14. This is what your box should look like.
15. I flipped the box so that the tab is on the right upper section. Tuck the tab into the slot on the lower section to close.
16. Glue the two largest pieces (solid) to the front of your box.
17. Glue the cut out swim trunk design piece to the short solid swim trunk design piece. Glue the belly button ( small circle) to the box base.
18. Glue the thin strip with cut outs to the top of the lower section. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined swim trunks.
19. Finish with ribbon for the tie string of the swim trunks:)

17. Glue the largest grass skirt piece to the top of the lower section- centering it and aligning it at the top. Glue the belly button (small circle) on.
18. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the coconut bra shape to the top section. Apply glue to the backside of the small grass skirt piece on the very left and very right. Place an adhesive foam square in the center. Secure to the top of the lower section.
19. I used small enamel dots for the centers of the flowers.
20. I curved the petals of the flowers.
21. Glue the flowers into place:)

Crab and Shells Treat Box


Crab and Shells Treat Box-JMRush
Approximate box size: 
W 4.75” X  H 3.75” X D 1” (Not including handle)

This cute Crab Box is compatible with 8x12 or 12X12 mats. The Crab and Shell designs can be used independently.






1.Cut design pieces.
2. Flip the box base face ( pretty side) down- (make sure the tab is at the top). Pre-Fold all score lines. Glue the full crab with cut outs to the full crab base. Glue the half crab with cut outs to the more solid half crab.
3.-4. Apply glue to the tabs on the second section. Secure to the third section from the top.
5. Apply glue to the tabs of the third section. Secure to the first section, creating a box.
6. Apply glue to the wings of section four.
7. Secure to the inside of the wings of section five.
8. This is what it should look like:)
9. Glue the scalloped edge piece to the box base- matching it up to the coordinating shape on the box base. Fold the handle at the score lines.
10. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined half crab to the combined full crab. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the shells to their shell bases.
11. Insert the handle into the slots on either side of the box.
12. Close your box by tucking the front tab into the front slot.
13. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined crab combined pieces to the front of the box. Tuck a combined shell into each crab claw and use a piece of foam adhesive to attach the shell to the handle.  The third shell is glued to the ribbon that I place on the center of the handle. I finished the box with a enamel jewel placed under the crab and centered with the tab slot closure:)

Sand Pail Basket

Sand Pail Basket-JMRush
Approximate Basket Dimensions: W 3” x D 2.50” X H 2.50” (H 5” including the handle)


This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. The Sand Pail, Shovel, and Shell designs can be used independently from the box.




  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock. ( There is a rectangular piece missing from this tutorial. I cut it out of the same color card stock as the Shell base and Sand pieces:)
  2. Glue the three layers of shovel together. Largest on bottom. Glue the Sand (oval piece with a slot cutout) to the large sand pail piece (pail with a slot at the top) matching up the open slot areas.
  3. Fold the score lines on the box base. Glue the combined sand pail to the sand pail base (largest pail).
  4. Glue the rim/handle piece of the sand pail into place. Apply glue to the side tabs on the top section and secure to the rounded shape on each side.
  5. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a box. 
  6. Insert the handle into the side slots.
  7. Glue the rectangular (sand) shape to the box front- centering it and lining it up with the bottom of the box base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined sand pail to the front of the box. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the combined sea shells to the combined sand pail. Finish by tying the shovel onto the box handle with a ribbon:)

Beach Ball Treat Box

Approximate Box Dimensions: W 3” x D 2.50” X H 2.50” (H 5” including the handle)

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. The Beach ball design can be used independently from the box.


  1. Cut design pieces.
  2. Fold the score lines on the box base.
  3. Flip the box base over. Apply glue to the side tabs on the top section and secure to the round ball shape on each side.
  4. Repeat for the bottom tabs creating a box. Insert the handle into the side slots.
  5. Glue the three beach ball design pieces to the circular beach ball base. Use a foam adhesive square to secure the small circle shape to the center of the ball on top of the three design pieces.
  6. Glue the rectangular shape to the bottom edge of the front of you beach ball box lining up the bottom edges.
  7. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined beach ball to the front of the combined beach ball box.
  8. Add a ribbon to finish:)


Flip Flops

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.


1. Glue the smaller flip flop shapes on the larger flip flop shapes.
2. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the top section of each flip flop:)

Flip Flop Handle Bag



Flip Flop Handle Bag-JMRush
Approximate Bag Dimensions: W 3” x D 1.75” X H 6.5”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.







  1. Cut design pieces.
  2. Flip the bag base over. Fold score lines on the bag base.
  3. Connect the handle by inserting into the slots on the bag base.
  4. Apply glue to the vertical edge tab.
  5. Secure to the vertical edge tab on the opposite side lining up the edges.
  6. Image shown.
  7. Fold the bottom side tabs inward.
  8. Image shown.
  9. The shape of the bottom will be like an envelope.
  10. Glue each bottom triangle to the bottom side tabs.
  11. Image shown of both triangle tabs secured.
  12. Insert string, ribbon, or twine through the holes on the largest flip flop shapes.
  13. Glue the smaller flip flop shapes on the larger flip flops making sure that the string is lose between the layers so that you can arrange the placement of each combined piece.
  14. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the top section of each flip flop.
  15. Insert the ends of your string through the bag. ( I crossed the string ends on the inside of the bag and fed the string back through to the front so that a bow could be tied:)
