Bear Flowers Basket





Bear Flowers Basket-JMR
Approximate size: W 4” x D 3” x H 5.25” (including handle)
This cute Bear Basket is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1 .Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)
2. Flip the basket base over and fold score lines on the basket base. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the bear face to the solid bear face.
3. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the now to the combined bear face. Glue the paw prints to the solid paw print bases. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the smaller front paws to the larger front paws.
4. Apply glue to the two top tabs on the basket base and attach to the center box.
5. Repeat for the lower two tabs; creating a box. 
6. Attach foam adhesive squares to the back of the combined bear head and attach to the coordinating shape on the basket.
7. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined front paws to the front of the basket.

8. Flip the basket to the backside. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined paws and tail to the backside of the basket.


9. Insert the handle into the slots on either side of the basket base.
10. Curve the flower petals.
11. Glue the smaller petals to the second smallest petals;alternating petals. Glue the second largest petals to the largest petals;alternating petals.
12. Glue the petal sections together;alternating petals. Use adhesive jewels to accent the center of each combined flower.
13. Glue the two smaller flower groupings to the combined bear head.
14. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined large flower grouping to the combined bear head:)

Polar Bear Flip Gift Card


Polar Bear Flip Gift Card- JMRush 
Approximate Card size: H 6” X W 4.25”

This design has a gift card pocket under the Polar bear’s head and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the card base at the score lines. Glue the largest bear suit piece to the middle layer of the card base. Glue the small bear suit piece to the black bear bottom piece; aligning at the bottom center and edges. Glue the holly berries to the holly base.
  3. Glue the silver buckle to the combined bear pants. Glue the oval white mouth with cut outs to the coordinating solid black mouth piece; aligning at the center top. Glue the button with holes to the coordinating black button base. Apply glue to the side tabs on the card base.
  4. Attach the side tabs to the middle section. Allow to dry. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the puff ball to the hat base and the brim to the hat brim base. 
  5. Insert gift card. Glue the combined bear pant suit piece to the coordinating shape on the card front.
  6. Fold the top of the card base down and tuck under the buckle of the belt. Glue the combined hat brim and the scarf into place.
  7. Use a piece of foam adhesive square to attach the button to the scarf and the nose to the combined mouth piece. I curled the edges of the combined holly and used enamel adhesive jewels to accentuate the holly. ( Hint- I didn’t have any small red jewels, so I used a sharpie to color the jewels before attaching them:)
  8. Glue the combined holly to the hat brim. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined mouth/nose and glue the small round eyes to the card base.
  9. Apply glue to the back center of the bear’s head and attach the large combined hat base. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes.
  10. Ta Da!

Polar Bear Basket




Polar Bear Basket-JMR

This basket design is a perfect container for candies or small party favors. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock) 
2. Flip the basket base over. Fold the basket base at the score lines. Glue the feet (with cut outs) to the solid feet bases.  Glue the two mittens to the coordinating shape of the full mitten pieces.
3.  Apply glue to the two top tabs of the box base and secure them to the top (head) panel. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
4. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined feet and the tail to the back side of the basket.
5. Glue the large hat piece to the backside of the front of the basket; pretty side facing forward.
6. Using pieces of foam adhesive squares; attach the hat brim piece to the front of the basket.
7. Attach the nose to the oval muzzle and then attach the combined muzzle to the front of the basket using foam adhesive squares.
8. Apply glue to the outer edges (left and right) of the backside of the scarf piece and glue to the front of the basket (covering part of the combined muzzle). Glue the eyes into place.


9. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes. Using foam adhesive squares; attach the combined mittens and the poof ball to the hat.
10. Insert the handle into the slots on each side of the basket.

11. Finish with a ribbon:)

Bear Snack Bag Topper

This snack bag topper features character arms and head that fold over a resealable plastic snack sized zipper bag. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock:).
2. Fold the score lines. Glue the bear face to the solid bear face base. 
3. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the combined bear head.
4. Glue the bear combined head to the topper base. Glue the heart to the center of the snack bag.
5. Apply hot glue to the inside of the topper base just underneath the score lines, where the arms fold over. (You want to make sure that the arms can still fold down.) 
6.  Center and secure your open resealable plastic bag to the hot glue line. Make sure that only one side of the plastic bag is glued down so that you can still open it. I used a snack sized plastic bag (W 6.5” x H 4.25”) Fill with treats:)

Bear Hug Candy Pocket

The Bear Hug Candy Pocket has a open center section that is sized to hold a Ghirardelli chocolate square, snack size candies, or a special message. This file can be used for classroom parties or office treats, and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. 
2. Fold the tabs on the bear card base. Apply glue to the tabs. Fold forward and secure to the bear shape of the card base. 
3. Glue the Bear head with cut outs to it’s matching solid base. Glue the two feet with cut outs to their solid bases.
4. Glue the combined bear head to the card base. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the muzzle piece with a cut out smile.
5. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined nose/muzzle piece to the combined bear. Tuck the bear hands into the slots in the center. Apply glue to the bottom corners of the card base and secure the combined feet to each corner.
6. Attach the heart with a foam adhesive square and place a foam adhesive square on the backside of the rounded tail piece.
7. 8. 9. 10. Place the tail on the backside of the card base. I finished with a ribbon, enamel dots to accentuate the eyes, and placed a chocolate square in the pocket:)

Teddy Bear Snack Bag Topper

This snack bag topper features character arms and head that fold over a resealable plastic bag. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the topper base).
2. Fold the score lines. Glue the bear face to the solid bear face base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the nose to the muzzle and the smaller heart to the larger one. 
3. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined muzzle piece to the  combined face. Glue the bear combined head to the topper base. Glue the combined hearts to the bear’s tummy.
4. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the tail to the bear’s backside.
5. Apply hot glue to the inside of the topper base just underneath the score lines, where the arms fold over. (You want to make sure that the arms can still fold down.) 
6.  Center and secure your open resealable plastic bag to the hot glue line. Make sure that only one side of the plastic bag is glued down so that you can still open it. I used a snack sized plastic bag (W 6.5” x H 4.25”)
7.-8. Fill with treats. I finished the bear with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

Panda Bear Hug Treat Box

Approximate box size: W 3.25” x D 2.50 x H .75” (H 4.25” including Panda head)


This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Valentine’s Day or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base).
2. Glue the panda head with large cuts on top of the panda head with smaller cuts.
3. Glue the panda combined face to the panda solid head piece. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose.
4. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each paw.
5. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
6. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
7. -8.Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box.
9.Glue the paws on top pf the coordinating shapes on the box base.
10. -11. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center. Attach a foam adhesive square in the center of this strip and secure the heart into place. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the the tail on the back. I finished the panda with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

2. Glue the bear head to the bear head solid base. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the nose to the muzzle piece.
3. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the combined muzzle piece to the combined face piece. Fold the box base along score lines. It is not necessary to fold the score lines closest to the tip of each hoof.
4. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure them to the top (head) panel.
5. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
6.-7. Apply glue to the bottom of the bottom section of the narrow strip. Attach to the back of the box. 
8. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the head on the front of the box and use a foam adhesive square in the center of the center strip to secure the heart into place.

9. The paws tuck into the slots on the narrow strip in the center and the tail attaches on the back. I finished the bear with enamel adhesive dots to accent the eyes:)

Black Bear Hug Gift Card Holder

This card features character arms that open to release a hidden gift card section. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 




1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base)
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4. Glue the eyes into place and use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose to the face base.
5. Glue the large hat piece to the backside the card base. Glue the ear detail onto the card base.
6. Glue the head piece to the card base.Using a foam adhesive squares, attach the hat trim piece.
7. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the mitten trim pieces to the mittens. Glue the scarf piece into  place. Insert gift card.
8. Glue the mittens to the tops of the paw section of the card base. The hands tuck into the slots on the front.
9. Finish with ribbon and I used enamel dots to enhance the eyes and a pom pom for the hat detail:)

Panda Bear Hug Gift Card Holder

This card features character arms that open to release a hidden gift card section. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats. 

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base) The Panda’s paws (2 half oval shapes) are not shown in these photos.…sorry.
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4.Apply glue to bottom of the backside of thePanda head piece with the smallest eyes. Center and attach it to the solid head base. Glue the belly rectangular strip to the card base.
5. Apply glue to the backside of the face piece with the largest eye holes and secure to the combined head piece. Using foam adhesive square ,attach the nose to the combined head pieces.
6.Glue the combined head piece to the card base.
7. Glue the hat piece to the back of the card base. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the hat trim and puff ball to the hat.
8.Insert gift card.
9.-10. Glue the hands to the front of the arms. Finish with ribbon and I used enamel dots to enhance the eyes. The hands tuck into the slots on the front:)

Brown Bear Sweater Hug Gift Card Holder

This card features character arms that open to release a hidden gift card section. The Bear’s sweater has a Christmas Tree detail on the inside:) This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces.
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4.Glue the inside sweater into place and glue the bear face on to the bear base. Glue the Sweater trim pieces to their solid bases.
5. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the bear’s muzzle to the bear face- lining up the smile. Attach foam adhesive squares to the backs of the sweater trim pieces, the hat trim, and the puff ball.
6.Glue the Hat Base piece to the back of the Card Base and the glue the bear’s face into place.
7. Attach the neck sweater trim piece, hat trim, and glue the christmas tree design into place.
8.Glue the paws onto the front side of the arms and then attach the sweater wrist trim pieces.
9. Insert gift card
10. I finished with adhesive dots for the bear’s eyes and a ribbon.
11. The Mittens tuck into the slots on the card base to close the card:)
