Polar Bear Flip Gift Card


Polar Bear Flip Gift Card- JMRush 
Approximate Card size: H 6” X W 4.25”

This design has a gift card pocket under the Polar bear’s head and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the card base at the score lines. Glue the largest bear suit piece to the middle layer of the card base. Glue the small bear suit piece to the black bear bottom piece; aligning at the bottom center and edges. Glue the holly berries to the holly base.
  3. Glue the silver buckle to the combined bear pants. Glue the oval white mouth with cut outs to the coordinating solid black mouth piece; aligning at the center top. Glue the button with holes to the coordinating black button base. Apply glue to the side tabs on the card base.
  4. Attach the side tabs to the middle section. Allow to dry. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the puff ball to the hat base and the brim to the hat brim base. 
  5. Insert gift card. Glue the combined bear pant suit piece to the coordinating shape on the card front.
  6. Fold the top of the card base down and tuck under the buckle of the belt. Glue the combined hat brim and the scarf into place.
  7. Use a piece of foam adhesive square to attach the button to the scarf and the nose to the combined mouth piece. I curled the edges of the combined holly and used enamel adhesive jewels to accentuate the holly. ( Hint- I didn’t have any small red jewels, so I used a sharpie to color the jewels before attaching them:)
  8. Glue the combined holly to the hat brim. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined mouth/nose and glue the small round eyes to the card base.
  9. Apply glue to the back center of the bear’s head and attach the large combined hat base. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes.
  10. Ta Da!

Polar Bear Basket




Polar Bear Basket-JMR
Approximate Box size: H 2.50” X W 3” X D 2.50”

This basket design is a perfect container for candies or small party favors. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock) 
2. Flip the basket base over. Fold the basket base at the score lines. Glue the feet (with cut outs) to the solid feet bases.  Glue the two mittens to the coordinating shape of the full mitten pieces.
3.  Apply glue to the two top tabs of the box base and secure them to the top (head) panel. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
4. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined feet and the tail to the back side of the basket.
5. Glue the large hat piece to the backside of the front of the basket; pretty side facing forward.
6. Using pieces of foam adhesive squares; attach the hat brim piece to the front of the basket.
7. Attach the nose to the oval muzzle and then attach the combined muzzle to the front of the basket using foam adhesive squares.
8. Apply glue to the outer edges (left and right) of the backside of the scarf piece and glue to the front of the basket (covering part of the combined muzzle). Glue the eyes into place.


9. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes. Using foam adhesive squares; attach the combined mittens and the poof ball to the hat.
10. Insert the handle into the slots on each side of the basket.

11. Finish with a ribbon:)

Polar Bear Gift Tag Ornament

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2.  Glue the circular bear face with eye holes to the coordinating solid shape. Glue the nose muzzle piece to it’s solid coordinating shape base piece. Glue the hat design piece to it’s coordinating hat shape piece.
  3. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the two leg bear silhouette to the full bear silhouette shape. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the nose to the combined muzzle piece, The combined muzzle to the combined face, and the hat puff ball to the end of the combined hat.
  4. Glue the head /scarf piece to the combined body as shown.
  5.  Loop a ribbon through the circular hanger ay the top and use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined head to the combined body. 
  6.  Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined hat to the combined body. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes:)

Polar Bear Hug Candy Pocket



Polar Bear Hug Candy Pocket- JMRush

The Polar Bear Hug Candy Pocket has a open center section that is sized to hold a Ghirardelli chocolate square, snack size candies, or a special message. This file can be used for classroom parties or office treats, and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used doubled sided card stock)
2. Fold the tabs on the bear pocket base. Apply glue to the tabs. Fold forward and secure to the bear shape of the pocket base. Glue the two paws and two feet without cutouts to their coordinating solid bases.
Glue the bear head with cut out eyes and ears to it’s matching solid base.
3. Glue the hat shape piece to the backside of the combined head. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose to the oval muzzle piece. 
4. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the puff ball to the coordinating shape on the hat piece. Place a foam adhesive square at the center of the backside of the hat trim piece. Place it in the center of the the combined bear head following the contour of the bear head. Glue the backside of th pointy ends of the hat trim piece to the combined bear head.
5. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined muzzle to the combined bear head.
6. Attach the combined bear head to the coordinating shape the pocket base with foam adhesive squares. Apply glue to the backside of the rectangular scarf piece. 
7. Secure the scarf piece to the combined pocket base over the combined bear head and aligning with the edges of the pocket base. Tuck the bear hands into the slots in the center. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined feet to each corner. Attach the heart with a foam adhesive square in the center between the hands.
8. I finished by adding enamel dots to accentuate the eyes and placed a chocolate square in the pocket:)

1. Cut the design pieces.
2. Fold the card base. Glue the circular bear face with eye holes to the coordinating solid shape. Glue the nose muzzle piece to it’s solid coordinating shape base piece. Glue the hat design piece to it’s coordinating hat shape piece.
3. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the thin bear silhouette to the full bear silhouette shape. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the nose to the  combined muzzle piece and the hat puff ball to the end of the combined hat.
4. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes and attached the combined nose/muzzle piece to the combined face piece using foam adhesive squares.
5. Glue the combined face to the oblong piece aligning at the top.
6. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined face piece to the combined bear body silhouette.
7. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined hat to the combined bear.
8. Glue the combined bear to the front of the card:)

Polar Bear Hug Treat Box

This treat box features character arms that open to a small treat box. This design is perfect for Winter classroom parties or for small Christmas goodies.This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock for the box base).
2. Glue the puff ball to the hat piece. Glue the cuff pieces to the edges of the mittens. Use a foam adhesive square to attach the nose to the oval muzzle piece. Fold the score lines on the box base.
3.  Apply glue to the two top tabs of the box base and secure them to the top (head) panel.
4. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs and secure them to the bottom panel creating a box.
5. Apply glue to the bottom tab of the center narrow strip section. Secure the center narrow strip tab to the backside of the inside of the box.
6. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined hat to the back of the coordinating shape on the box base. Using foam pieces of adhesive squares, attach the hat brim piece to the front of the box base. (Align both pieces with the contour of the head shape of the box base). Glue the tiny end points of the hat brim to the box base.
7. Glue the eyes just under the hat brim and use a foam adhesive square to attach the combined nose/muzzle piece. Glue the combined mittens to the coordinating shapes on the box base hands (do not glue the thumbs of the mittens). The hands tuck into the slots of the center strip.
8. I wrapped the scarf (rectangle shaped piece) with ribbon and glued the edges on the backside but, you can just use the rectangle piece if you like. Glue the scarf piece to the box base. I used adhesive enamel dots to accentuate the eyes:)

Polar Bear Hug Gift Card Holder

This card features character arms that open to release a hidden gift card section.This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1.Cut design pieces. ( There is an optional rectangular “Scarf” piece incase you choose to use cardstock for the scarf instead of ribbon)
2. Fold the card along score lines.
3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
4. Using pieces of foam adhesive squares, attach the trim pieces to the mittens, the nose to the circular face piece, and the glue the puff ball to the hat base.
5.Glue the Hat Base piece to the Card Base. Using foam adhesive squares attach the hat brim to the hat base and attach the circular face piece to the card base. Glue the eyes on.
6. Glue the mittens to the backside of the paws.
7. I used ribbon as the scarf. I included rectangular cut piece in this design file incase you want to use cardstock for the scarf:)
8. Insert the gift card.
9. The Mittens tuck into the slots on the card base to close the card:)
