Ice Skates Gift Tag

  1. Cut Design pieces.
  2. Glue the roller skate shoe shapes to the coordinating shapes on the gift tag base; aligning the holes. Glue the open circle shapes to the solid circle shapes; aligning at the center bottom. Glue the two small stoppers to the two larger ones; centering them. Glue the  two open half circle pieces to their coordinating solid shapes; aligning at the center bottom. Glue the two small circles to their larger solid circle bases. Glue the small oblong circle to it’s coordinating shape; centering it.
  3. Glue the combined circles to the wheels; centering them. Glue the combined oblong circle shape to the center of the combined rounded triangle wheel; aligning at the top.
  4. Glue the combined rounded triangle wheel to the coordinating shape on the gift tag base. Glue the other odd shaped combined wheel to the coordinating shape on the gift card base. Glue one of the combined stoppers to the first roller skate on the left of the gift tag base.
  5. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the other stopper and two combined wheels to the gift tag base.
  6. Flip the combined roller skate over and glue the double roller skate shape on; aligning the holes. Glue the small open circle shape to the coordinating shape on the gift tag base to help reinforce the circular hanger.
  7. Flip the gift tag back over. Cut two strands of approximately 21” of 1/8” ribbon (or smaller). Loop the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of one of the skates. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side. Repeat for the other skate.
  8. Thread one side of the ribbon through each eyelet. (I heat sealed and pinched the ends of the ribbon to make the lacing process easier:)
  9. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before ( under or over the top of the card). Repeat for the other skate.
  10. Tie your both ribbons and add a looped ribbon at the top for a hanger.

  1. Cut Design pieces. (I used double sided card stock) - (I added extra circular details to the wheels while constructing this tutorial. They would probably be easier to add to the wheels before attaching the combined wheel to the card base:)
  2. Glue the roller skate shape with holes to the coordinating shape on the front of the card base. Glue the open circle shapes to the solid circle shapes; aligning at the center bottom. Glue the small stopper to the larger one; centering it.
  3. Attach the combined wheels and stopper to the coordinating shapes on the front of the card base using foam adhesive squares.
  4. Fold the combined card. Open it so that the inside of the card is showing. Glue the solid shoe shape to the inside of the card.
  5. Flip the card back over so that the front is showing. Using approximately 22” of 1/8” ribbon (or smaller) loop the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined card. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side. (I heat sealed and pinched the ends of the ribbon to make the lacing process easier:)
  6. Thread one side of the ribbon through each eyelet. 
  7. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before ( under or over the top of the card)

This tutorial contains both the single and double ice skate gift tag images.
  1. Cut Design pieces.
  2. Glue the ice skate shapes to the coordinating shapes on the largest ice skate shape.
  3. Flip the combined ice skate over and glue the last ice skate shape on.
  4. Using approximately 22” of 1/8” ribbon (or smaller) loop the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined card. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side.
  5. Thread on side of the ribbon through each eyelet.
  6. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before ( under or over the top of the card)
  7. Tie your ribbon.
  8. Loop a ribbon through the top loop of the combined ice skate.

High Top Shoe Thank You

This design has eyelet holes to interlace a ribbon, features the cut out words “Thank You”, and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock).
  2. Fold the card base (with only circular holes) and the shoe tongue (with lettering cut outs) along the score lines.
  3. Apply glue to the backside of the shoe tongue piece on the side with the cut out lettering.
  4. Center and secure to the inside of the shoe card base.
  5. Glue the backside of the tongue/shoe toe piece and secure it to the topside of the shoe tongue aligning it at the bottom to the card base.
  6. Glue the eyelets to the top of the combined shoe centering it and aligning around the eyelet holes.
  7. I used approximately 26” of 1/4” ribbon and  looped the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined shoe. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side.
  8. Thread one side of the ribbon through each eyelet crossing back and forth.
  9. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before. Tie your ribbon:)

High Top Shoe Centerpiece

  1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock).
  2. Fold the kick stand out of the large base shoe (with only circular holes).
  3. Apply glue to the backside of the large shoe piece with the star cut out. ( Be careful not to apply glue to the area that will touch the kick stand on the base shoe)
  4. Center and secure to the base shoe; aligning the eyelet holes.
  5. Make sure the kick stand is not glued down and is still operational. 
  6. Glue the smallest shoe piece to the top of the combined shoe; centering it and aligning the eyelet holes.
  7. I used approximately 36” of 1/8” ribbon and  looped the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined shoe. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side.
  8. Thread one side of the ribbon through each eyelet.
  9. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before (under or over the top of the card) Tie your ribbon:)

High Top Shoe Invitation

This design has eyelet holes to interlace a ribbon, comes with an optional print and cut insert to help organize your party details, and is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock). Print and cut the optional Invitation insert pieces.
  2. Flip the card base over ( pretty side down). Glue the optional Print and cut invitation inserts to the coordinating shapes on the card base. 
  3. Glue the eyelets ( circles), single larger circle design, toe, and bottom runner pieces to the front of the high top piece. Fold the card base along the score line.
  4. Glue the combined high top piece to the front of the card. 
  5. Using approximately 21” of 1/8” ribbon (or smaller) loop the ribbon through the bottom eyelet of the combined card. Pull the ribbon so that the ends are even each side.
  6. Thread one side of the ribbon through each eyelet.
  7. Repeat with the other side of the ribbon threading the opposite way as before ( under or over the top of the card)
  8. Tie your ribbon and fill out your party information on the inside of the card:)

Flip Flops

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.


1. Glue the smaller flip flop shapes on the larger flip flop shapes.
2. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the top section of each flip flop:)

Flip Flop Handle Bag

Approximate Bag Dimensions: W 3” x D 1.75” X H 6.5”

This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.







  1. Cut design pieces.
  2. Flip the bag base over. Fold score lines on the bag base.
  3. Connect the handle by inserting into the slots on the bag base.
  4. Apply glue to the vertical edge tab.
  5. Secure to the vertical edge tab on the opposite side lining up the edges.
  6. Image shown.
  7. Fold the bottom side tabs inward.
  8. Image shown.
  9. The shape of the bottom will be like an envelope.
  10. Glue each bottom triangle to the bottom side tabs.
  11. Image shown of both triangle tabs secured.
  12. Insert string, ribbon, or twine through the holes on the largest flip flop shapes.
  13. Glue the smaller flip flop shapes on the larger flip flops making sure that the string is lose between the layers so that you can arrange the placement of each combined piece.
  14. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the top section of each flip flop.
  15. Insert the ends of your string through the bag. ( I crossed the string ends on the inside of the bag and fed the string back through to the front so that a bow could be tied:)
