Doberman Pinscher Basket

This cute Doberman Pinscher Dog Basket is a perfect gift container for dog lovers or for dog treats.




1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock) ( there is an additional nose base incase you want to switch the color behind his nostrils. I didn’t use it in the main photo)

2. Glue the doberman face (with cutout ears) to the face base; aligning at ears and sides. (The face base is slightly smaller than the face with cut outs.) Glue the tiny black eye pupils to each of the round iris eyes with cutouts; aligning around the cutouts. Glue the black paw prints to the gray paw print bases; centering them.

3.Glue the inner ears to the coordinating shapes on the combined doberman face. Glue the last paw print shapes (with cutouts) to the combined paw prints centering them.

4.Using foam adhesive squares, attach the paws to the coordinating shapes on the front leg shapes. ( helpful hint; You can use a marker to color your squares to match the color of paper you are using to make them less noticeable) Glue the combined eyes to the white eye circles. ( You can position the pupils differently to achieve different expressions. I place mine in the center and later added enamel jewels a little lower on the eye) Apply glue to the top of the eyebrow/cheek (brown) piece and a foam adhesive square to the middle. Attach the gray eyebrow/nose. 

5. This is what it should look like.

6. Flip this combined piece over. Apply glue to the top section and adhesive squares to each side as shown. Attach to the combined face base.

7.Glue the combined eyes into place. You can glue the nose to the nose base or leave the nose shape see through to capture the color underneath. Curve the tongue.

8.  Glue the nose in place. Apply glue to the back of the tongue and attach to the area directly under the nose.

9. This is what it should look like.

10. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined dog face to the coordinating shape on the box base.

11. Apply glue to the backside top of the combined legs and an adhesive square to the bottom. Attach to the box base as shown.

12. Fold the box at the score lines as shown.

13. Flip the box base over as shown. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure to the rounded section above.

14. Apply glue to the two remaining tabs and secure to the dog shape section below creating a box.

15. Insert the handle to the slot on either side of the basket.

16. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined paws and tail to the backside of the basket.

17. I finished with a ribbon.

Black Cat Open Mouth Treat Box

Black Cat Open Mouth Treat Box-JMRush

This box opens by lifting the character’s head to to expose the opening to the treat box. This simple to construct design would be perfect to hold your goodies for Halloween or birthday parties. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

1. Cut the design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock)

2. Fold the box and Mouth base at the score lines.

3. Glue the pink mouth piece (with holes) to the coordinating shape on the mouth base;aligning at the inner oval cut out shape.

4. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the teeth shapes to the coordinating shapes on the combined mouth base.

5.  Glue the two tiny oval white pieces to the coordinating shapes on the eyes. This is what it should look like:)

6. Flip the mouth base top over, like so. Glue the Cat head to the coordinating shape; aligning at the top of the ears.



7. I used an orange marker on the edges of the cat eyes. Glue the cat eyes into place.

8. Place the Cat nose on the cat face to find placement and then remove.

9. Cut thread ( approximately three strands of 4inches).

10. Attach the threads with glue to the area you picked to place the Cat nose. Allow to dry.

11. Using a foam adhesive square, place the Cat nose on top of the threads.

12. I used adhesive jewels to accent the eyes.


13. Apply glue to the small vertical side tab at the left side of the bottom of the box base.

14. Secure the small vertical side tab to the 1 inch (width) rectangles just above. 

15. Apply glue to the very left vertical tab, the horizontal tab, and the side tab on the bottom right and attach the side and bottom of the base…wrapping it crating a box.

16. This is what it should look like:)

17. Tuck the tab into the slot on the top.

18. Flip the box base over and apply glue to the area just outside the oval cut out.



 19. Attach the combined Cat head; centering it around the cut out oval shape and allow to dry.

20. I finished by adding a ribbon and filling with fun sized candies.

Approximate Card size: 4” x 6.25” 


This card features character arms that open to release a hidden gift card section. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.





1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base)

2. Fold the card along score lines. Glue the face piece with holes to the coordinating solid face shape (black). Glue the white mitten edges to the outer straight edge of the mittens.

3. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.

4. Insert gift card. 

5. Glue the beige face (with cutouts)to the combined face; aligning so that the cutouts align with the cutouts on the combined face. Glue the hat to the combined face; aligning at the top of the face.

6. Glue the hat trim piece to the combined face and attach the nose with a piece of foam adhesive square.

7. Using foam adhesive squares attach the combined face to the gift card holder base. Separate the fringe on the two pieces of scarf.




8. Glue the large scarf base just under the chin of the combined face on the card base.

9. Glue the medium sized scarf piece to the coordinating shape on the lower scarf.

10.Using a foam adhesive square, attach the smallest scarf piece to the coordinating shape on the combined scarf.

11. Flip the card base over. Glue the back of the hat to the card base; aligning at the top and sides. Glue the combined mittens into place.

12. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the hat pom pom and the tail to the backside.

13. Flip the card over. Tuck the hands into the slots on the front. 

14. I finished with enamel jewels to accentuate the eyes and a ribbon:)

Lion Basket

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)

2. Flip the basket base over as shown and fold score lines on the basket base.  Glue the Lion face with eye holes to the solid lion face. Glue the solid black back paws to the solid yellow paws; centering them.

3. Apply glue to the two top tabs on the basket base and attach to the center box.

4. Repeat for the lower two tabs; creating a box.

5. Your box should look like this.

6. Attach the two mane pieces together with a foam adhesive square. Attach the nose to the muzzle piece and the top of the tail to the tail base with a foam adhesive square.

7. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined mane to the center of the lion face on the box base. Glue the paw prints to the combined paw prints. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined muzzle to the combined lion head.

8. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined lion head to the combined mane on the box base.

9. Turning the box base around, Attach the combined paws and combined tail with foam adhesive squares.

10. Insert the handle into the slots on either side of the box base.

11. -12. I used enamel adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes and finished with a ribbon:)

Bear Flowers Basket

1 .Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)
2. Flip the basket base over and fold score lines on the basket base. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the bear face to the solid bear face.
3. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the now to the combined bear face. Glue the paw prints to the solid paw print bases. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the smaller front paws to the larger front paws.
4. Apply glue to the two top tabs on the basket base and attach to the center box.
5. Repeat for the lower two tabs; creating a box. 
6. Attach foam adhesive squares to the back of the combined bear head and attach to the coordinating shape on the basket.
7. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined front paws to the front of the basket.

8. Flip the basket to the backside. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined paws and tail to the backside of the basket.


9. Insert the handle into the slots on either side of the basket base.
10. Curve the flower petals.
11. Glue the smaller petals to the second smallest petals;alternating petals. Glue the second largest petals to the largest petals;alternating petals.
12. Glue the petal sections together;alternating petals. Use adhesive jewels to accent the center of each combined flower.
13. Glue the two smaller flower groupings to the combined bear head.
14. Use foam adhesives squares to attach the combined large flower grouping to the combined bear head:)

1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided card stock)
2. Glue the Circular Medallion piece to the matching shape on the solid large face base. 
3.Glue the collar to the corresponding shape on the solid large face base ( I used black but included this piece in case you wanted a different colored collar:). 
4.Glue the face piece with open eyes/mouth to the combined face base.
5. Glue the narrow face piece to the combined face.
6.Glue the eyebrow face piece to the combined face.
7.Glue the white teeth to the combined face; aligning with the teeth below.
8. Curve the tongue piece and glue the top section to the combined face as shown (optional piece)
9. Glue the black nose/jaw piece. (Be sure to lift the tongue above the lower jaw section of this piece).
10. Attach the muzzle section with glue or foam adhesive squares.
11. Glue the nose on.


12. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes.
13. Glue the chest and bottom hair sections to the upper and lower sections of the basket base as shown. glue the smaller paws to the larger ones;centering them.
14. Glue the paws with cutouts to the combined paws.
15. Flip the basket base over and fold the score lines as shown.
16. Apply glue to the two top tabs and secure to the rounded section above.
17. Apply glue to the two bottom tabs and secure to the dog shape section below creating a box.
18. This is what it should look like:)
19. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined dog face to the corresponding shape of the combined basket; aligning at the side edges.
20. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the combined paws and tail to the backside of the basket.
21. Insert the handle to the slot on either side of the basket.

22. I finished with a ribbon.
23. I used a thin marker to darken the edges of the muzzle piece as the white of the teeth were showing on the edges. This may not be necessary if creating a lighter colored german shepherd:)

Polar Bear Flip Gift Card

  1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.
  2. Fold the card base at the score lines. Glue the largest bear suit piece to the middle layer of the card base. Glue the small bear suit piece to the black bear bottom piece; aligning at the bottom center and edges. Glue the holly berries to the holly base.
  3. Glue the silver buckle to the combined bear pants. Glue the oval white mouth with cut outs to the coordinating solid black mouth piece; aligning at the center top. Glue the button with holes to the coordinating black button base. Apply glue to the side tabs on the card base.
  4. Attach the side tabs to the middle section. Allow to dry. Use pieces of foam adhesive squares to attach the puff ball to the hat base and the brim to the hat brim base. 
  5. Insert gift card. Glue the combined bear pant suit piece to the coordinating shape on the card front.
  6. Fold the top of the card base down and tuck under the buckle of the belt. Glue the combined hat brim and the scarf into place.
  7. Use a piece of foam adhesive square to attach the button to the scarf and the nose to the combined mouth piece. I curled the edges of the combined holly and used enamel adhesive jewels to accentuate the holly. ( Hint- I didn’t have any small red jewels, so I used a sharpie to color the jewels before attaching them:)
  8. Glue the combined holly to the hat brim. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the combined mouth/nose and glue the small round eyes to the card base.
  9. Apply glue to the back center of the bear’s head and attach the large combined hat base. I used adhesive jewels to accentuate the eyes.
  10. Ta Da!

White Long Hair Cat Handle Basket


White Long Hair Cat Handle Basket- JMRush

This cute basket design is a perfect container for treats for your favorite feline, a small gift for your veterinarian, or a party favor. This design is compatible with both 8X12 and 12X12 mats.

  1. Cut design pieces. ( I used double sided card stock and glitter card stock of the eyes) (There are two pink noses in this file that is not shown in the tutorial and I adjusted the tail to be larger)
  2. Glue the face piece with openings and a chin to the coordinating black solid cat face. I used a marker to color the outside edges of both large blue eyes. Glue them to the openings in the combined cat face. Glue the smaller solid paws and feet to the larger solid feet and paws.
  3. Glue the fury bottom piece to the coordinating shape on the lower section of the basket base. Glue the other fury chest/head piece to the coordinating shape on the upper section of the basket base.
  4. Glue the combined cat face to the cat face/chest piece. Glue the inner ears to the coordinating shape on the combined cat face. Using foam adhesive squares, attach the smaller tail to the coordinating shape on the larger tail. Glue the small oval white pieces to the cording shapes on the cat’s eyes.
  5. Attach the smallest cat head (with cut outs) to the combined cat face using foam adhesive squares. Glue the nose into place.
  6. Glue the combined cat to the coordinating shape on the basket. Use foam adhesive squares to attach the front paws to the top section of the basket and the back feet and tail to the bottom section.
  7. I used enamel dots to accentuate the eyes.
  8. Flip the combined basket over. Fold the basket base at the score lines.
  9. Apply glue to the top two tabs on the basket base and secure to the Cat shape above.
  10. Apply glue to the bottom two tabs on the basket base and secure to the rounded shape above creating a box.
  11. Image of box completed.
  12. Insert the handle on either side of the basket.
  13. I added a ribbon.
  14. Use three small lengths of thread and apply hot glue to one of the groups of ends. Attach the nose. Repeat for the other side:)
  15. Image of the whiskers glued.
  16. Hot glue the second pink nose on top of the whiskers:)
