1. Cut design pieces. I used double sided card stock.

2. Attach the snowflake circle to the silver circle using pieces of square foam adhesive. Flip the ornament base over and glue the white gift tag piece on; centering it.

3. Flip the ornament base  back over and glue the combined snowflake on; centering it.

4. Finish with a ribbon:)
