The vellum is lighter tha...Hi:)<br />No problem at all. <br />The vellum is lighter than cardstock but heavier than copier paper. The package also says clear.. but I would describe it as frosted. I think any vellum would work as long as it is transparent enough to let the candle light shine through:) Hope this helps.
